Box Hardware Neat Tray Handles (Brass)

Quality box hardware, whether big or small, is important to the overall look and feel of a box. So, our box hardware Neat tray handles, created from Brass and stainless steel, are designed to suit trays with a material thickness of 7mm. These are non intrusive tray handles and are mortised in so they sit flush. They are the perfect finish to your tray and match the Neat Elite Range perfectly.

Technical Details

50mm long 4.75mm wide with a thickness of 2mm.  They come with small screws suitable for small trays.  Indeed, the great thing about this design is the tapered middle section so it has a lovely feel when lifting out the tray.  These are easy to fit.  Before the tray is made up, a 25mm hole is drilled on the edge to leave a semi circle, then once the tray has been glued up a 50mm mortise is cut at the router table and a nice tight fit is achieved with either a 4.76mm or 3/16 spiral downcut cutter. Each pair of Neat Tray Handles is made from quality SOLID BRASS  (supplied in pairs).

Sold in pairs, the box hardware Neat Tray Handles can be used together with our range of jewelry box hardware.  This includes the Neat Elite Jewelry Box Slim Lock and Neat Elite Box Hinges.  Our Large Jewelry Box Hinges work best with large, heavy box lids, while our other jewelry box hinges work best with small boxes that have average sized box lids.
